Founded in the heart of the Landes region, Maison Dubernet has embodied the "taste of the South-West" since 1864 with its inimitable recipes for foies gras, confits and cooked dishes.

Created by the Dubernet family - trained in the family pork butchery in the village of Saint-Sever, then in excellence with the Compagnons du Devoir - this traditional company quickly established itself as the defender of a historical know-how, centred on taste and respectful of the products and those who work with them.
